Main accountabilities, responsibilities, and deliverables
- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements for SF implementation projects;
- Configure and customize SF Modules including, but not limited to: Employee Central (EC), Performance and goals (PMGM), Learning Management (LMS), Compensation, Succession Planning, Recruiting, Onboarding;
- Conduct end-to-end system testing and troubleshoot any issues to ensure the smooth operation of the system;
- Provide training and support to specialized end users (HRs, Admins, etc.), including creating user manuals, conducting workshops and addressing user queries;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT and Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery;
- Stay updated with the latest SF features, enhancements and best practices to provide expert advice and recommendations to the internal customer;
- Assist in data migration and integration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity within SF system;
- Participate in project planning and estimation of activities, providing input on timelines, resource requirements and deliverables;
- Document system configurations (workbook), processes (Demand Management, Release Management, etc.) to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain an accurate record of the implemented solution;
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the system performance, identifying areas of improvements;
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure a smooth integration of new functionalities.
Your profile
- University degree in HR, Information Technology (preferred) but not limited to;
- 3+ years of experience in an HRIT-focused role including application development and/or solution development;
- Strong understanding of HR Processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into system configurations;
- Proficiency in at least 1 SF Modules with the willingness to expand to other modules;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal customers and cross-functional teams;
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines;
- Knowledge of data migration and familiarity with project management methodologies and tools;
- Continuous learning mindset and very good English-speaking skills.
