Your Task:

•Window Person at AP for

  • Global Head of Operations Launch Management
  • Global BU Lead Operations Launch Managers

•Training/Support

  • Training and Coaching of AP Launch Managers for OLM process and cplace tool
  • Provide expert level support for Launch Project teams.

•Execution

  • Steering Launches of Priority Projects, initiate Task ‚Forces
  • Strengthen and control the crossing of Production Launches into GDPEP Gates, focusing on Launch Complexity Levels Cat ZF and CAT1, enhance robustness of new lines arriving the plants (Gemba).
  • Report Regional Launch Portfolio Status

•Global OLM

  • Establish an AP, cross-divisional, Launch Community
  • Be part of the global OLM team to further develop the OLM standard

•Oversees the business operations and ensuring all operational procedures adhere to the company policies and standards.

•Creating operation ownership through relevant insight 

 

Your Profile:

  • Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Profound knowledge  & experience of Operations
  • Excellent comprehension and understanding of products & manufacturing processes of the product line/ region
  • At least three years Project Management and launch related experience through the entire project life cycle as outlined in the PMI PMBOK (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling, Closing)
  • Strong leadership skills in the matrix with team spirit
  • Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problem, to present topics, to run project and building teams
  • Robust network within Product Line/Region and Divisions
  • Very good oral and written communication skills and fluent in English
  • Coaching skills on management level
