Job Responsibilities:
- To ensure that machines are consistently performing at their highest capacities without any interruption from failures or breakdown.
- To establish and control a preventive maintenance system.
- Ensure that all machines and equipments are maintained in accordance with the Company’s Preventive Maintenance Plan.
- Keep machines to perform under manufacturer specification or higher.
- To perform and develop Total Productive Maintenance system to ensure that the system is implemented accordingly in a professional manner.
- To supports and participates of necessary resources providing to rectify machine faults and breakdown as when they occur.
- To manage spare part and serviceable parts to ensure continuous operation.
- Control the periodical check up or maintenance of Company’s assets with cost effectiveness.
- In liaise with contractors regarding the rectification of machines and equipments.
- Associate with HSE Coordinator to notify the requirement of Safety procedures to contractors.
- Define action plans and promote awareness for all future environmental needs.
- Provide an environment where all employees can develop their skills to meet the demands of the business. •
- To participate and promote cost reductions, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to Quality Systems.
- To perform any other duties directed by the Maintenance & Facilities Manager.
- Coordinates the calibration and maintenance of environmental monitoring equipment, and equipment used to control environmental aspects.
- Supports and participates in the continuous improvement of the EMS.
- Supports and participates in communication of the importance of the EMS throughout the organization.
- Supports and participates in training of employees on environmental issues.
- Supports and participates in the monitoring of key processes and review of environmental performance.
- Supports and participates in the coordination of emergency response efforts.
- Supports and participates in the identification of environmental aspects and impacts.
- Supports and participates in the implementation of Environmental Action Plans or HSE Action Plans.
- Reviews and makes recommendations on EMS policies, procedures and work practices.
- Participates, where appropriate, in incident investigations and in the development of corrective and preventive action plans.
- Conducts visual plant reviews on a regular basis for environmental compliances.
- Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work.
- Maintain 5S activities.
