Your Tasks
- Maintains the connection with the customer and inform internal departments about customer satisfaction;
- Manages the 8D problem solving process, upload it in the customer portal and keep the customer informed about analysis progress;
- Shares claim details and tracking information with internal departments via email;
- Coordinates the activities of Containment – isolation of potentially affected products;
- Monitors the trend of Customer PPM, NCT and the root causes identified, depending on the specifics of each customer;
- Participates in customer meetings and presenting close-off reports;
- Manages other customer portal activities: PPAP, field;
- Performs change management activities;
- Leads external customer audits.
Your Profile
- University Degree;
- Experience on a similar position;
- Proficiency in English, German would be an advantage;
- IATF and Quality Core Tools knowledge would be an advantage;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Analytical and logical thinking.
