Your Tasks

  • Maintains the connection with the customer and inform internal departments about customer satisfaction;
  • Manages the 8D problem solving process, upload it in the customer portal and keep the customer informed about analysis progress;
  • Shares claim details and tracking information with internal departments via email;
  • Coordinates the activities of Containment – isolation of potentially affected products;
  • Monitors the trend of Customer PPM, NCT and the root causes identified, depending on the specifics of each customer;
  • Participates in customer meetings and presenting close-off reports;
  • Manages other customer portal activities: PPAP, field;
  • Performs change management activities;
  • Leads external customer audits.

Your Profile

  • University Degree;
  • Experience on a similar position;
  • Proficiency in English, German would be an advantage;
  • IATF and Quality Core Tools knowledge would be an advantage;
  • Good communication and teamwork skills;
  • Analytical and logical thinking.
