Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison to support the Account Manager and Account Rep II to obtain cost information for current model products from ZF internal sources.
- Maintenance of customer service part tracking matrices/portfolios.
- Ensuring performance goals are aligned with customer expectations.
- Act as liaison between customer and aftermarket sales to support assembly plants to coordinate on-time customer delivery.
- Act as liaison between Customer and ZF Sales, to communicate issues with aftermarket purchase orders.
- Support tooling disposal requests.
- Support Aftermarket Sales to request production pricing from internal sources for customer service RFQ requests.
- Process, distribute and maintain service PO’s for all customers.
- Support tooling disposal requests.
- Support plant requests for lifetime buy quantities.
- Support Account Manager with annual End of Service Obligation process.
- SAP support for Reynosa plant. Data entry and sales order entries for non-EDI customers.
- Other support/liaison for aftermarket/service sales group and assembly plants as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree and equivalent experience.
- One to three plus years of customer/supplier relationship experience.
- Working knowledge of customer communications systems and methods, experience with SAP and/or related ERP system preferred.
- Experience in working in a global, cross-functional organizational structure. Proactive cooperation to work with a wide variety of functions/individuals within and across the organization at all levels; internally and externally.
- Ability to juggle competing demands and adapt to different situations. Must be able to perform under stressful conditions and meet immediate or short-lead time deadlines.
- Be able to work in a high dynamic organization and to work under pressure. Team player as part of a global sales team.
- Strong in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
- Winning mentality and persuasion skills as well as a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Energetic, responsive team player who is keen to take initiatives.
- Proactive, organized, and accuracy with attention to detail including record keeping.
- Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in English required.
