  1. To study and understand the proper using of Foaming injection machine and operation manual of each machine.
  2. To understand Mold design and Mold maintenance concept.
  3. To understanding Foaming chemical formulation and Foaming parameter relating.
  4. Coordinate and/or communicate with Foaming machine and mold maker.
  5. Introduce new machine Foaming, Steering wheel wrapping and Steering Assembly.
  6. Create Process flow, control plan, PFMEA and Standard work
  7. To do inventory control for perishable and durable tool to ensure will not make production line short of it.
  8. To design and prepare the cutting tool for using purpose of production line.
  9. To prepare any necessary part for machine need to serve operating of production line.
  10. To report all necessary information of tool room to the Section Head
  11. To study and reduce cost of cutting tool and accessory in production line.
  12. To solve the tooling problem in production line.
  13. To designs and making for any necessary jig and fixture to serve any purpose of manufacturing.
  14. Quality awareness as well as apply IATF 16949:2016 to the area of work.
  15. Maintain 5S activities.
