Your Tasks:

  • Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development.
  • Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
  • Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc.
  • Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipment’s.
  • Leading Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.

 

Your Profile:

  • 5-8 or more years manufacturing industry quality working experience.
  • Experienced in quality-related tools such as FMEA, MSA, APQP, SPC, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Process audit.
  • Experienced background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
  • CET Band 4 or above
  • Experienced in Microsoft office and Mini-tab software.
