Your Tasks:
- Definition and coordination of the Month End IC balance confirmation process
- Create and maintain IC KPIs (Primary responsibility for the ongoing KPIs values)
- Automation and simplification of the IC process
- Responsibility for the process quality: price differences, PO quality, difference tracking and support in solution (price / quality / quantity), old Items clearing
- Cooperate with the stakeholders (Purch, AP, AR, Sales, Quality, Logistics) to clarify the differences and correct the process in place
- Definition of potential and responsibility for ESSC scope extension in IC area (eg Purchase and Sales Orders maintenance)
Your Profile:
- experience in a similar position
- very good English
- knowledge of SAP in the area of FI (AP / AR) and / or logistics
- ability to cooperate at various levels of the organization
- independence and responsibility for goals
