Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division, this position will be located at El Salvador which is a new plant for the Division.

Responsibilities

• Elaboration and updating of Training Needs Diagnostics
• Creation and administration of Annual Training Plan.
• Coordinate and monitor internal and external trainings
• Coordinate training for new personnel
• Administration of the training process for operational, indirect and salary personnel.
• Compliance with the legal framework in training matters before the STPS.
• Fulfill and/or support the fulfillment of the company's objectives in terms of Quality, Safety, Health and Environment corresponding to their function or area of responsibility.
• Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the Quality Systems established by the company.
• Comply and ensure that the personnel under his/her responsibility comply with the training plan determined by the company for his/her position and/or area of function.
• Provide training courses to all company personnel that may affect product quality and safety.
• Elaborate didactic material and programs to fulfill the objectives of the plant and thus create awareness in the attitude of the personnel in the correct elaboration of our products.
• Attention to internal and external audits.
• Fulfillment of specific customer requirements in terms of training of plant personnel.
• Authority to stop any work or activity that represents any harm to the personnel due to the use of our products.

• Completed career
• 3-5 years of experience
• Knowledge of LFT articles
• Basic principles of industrial safety
• Group Management
