Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a communicative person who will be the first point of contact for our customers in all areas related to quality on behalf of ZF Lifetec. A person who is not afraid of daily communication in German and who will be able to transmit information between the customer and our company accurately and in a timely manner. Possible start from 1 January 2026.
What will be your task?
- Regular communication with the customer, dealing with complaints and requests
- Guidance and Control 8D of the process
- Preparation of customer visits/customer audits, presentations
- Audit Collaboration
- Ensuring methodological activities, processing analyses
We would like to find a colleague who:
- has at least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- has a secondary school/university with a technical focus
- has language skills in German - level B2, English - B1
- MS Office - user knowledge, SAP is an advantage
- has the following knowledge: orientation in drawing documentation, 8D process, metrology, knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 18001/45001, Formel Q, FMEA - an advantage
- Driving licence group. B
