Product and Process Quality Assurance Technician

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a "heartthrob" who is interested in his future career. The position is suitable for experienced quality controllers, whom we are happy to give room to improve the set processes, as well as for skilled and ambitious people with no experience, who are willing to learn, develop and work on themselves to start their professional future in quality.

But you don't have to worry about difficult beginnings with us! We have a well-set up adaptation system, thanks to which a mentor will take care of you in the first few months to help you train for the position.

What will you do with us?

• Decide whether the manufactured products conform to specification.
• Provide operative solutions to quality problems arising during production.
• Control and ensure compliance with in-house instructions and processes
• Block production in case of non-conformity and release it after the problem is fixed.
• Pass on information about nonconformities.
• To work together in a team of quality engineers and colleagues from production

What do you need to know?

• have strong communication skills and the ability to assert yourself (you are not afraid of the first problem, you can insist on your own and find a common solution to the problem with colleagues who can pursue contradictory goals)
• have a good technical imagination (if you see that something doesn't work as it should, you can easily guess what the mistake is; you have no problem quickly understanding the instructions for assembling the product – e.g. you don't understand how someone can misunderstand the instructions for assembling furniture from IKEA)
• use a PC well, especially MS Office (e-mails, Excel, creating documentation with images in multiple layers – adding arrows to photos, etc.)
• Be willing to work in shiftsExperience from the quality department or automotive of a manufacturing company would be an advantage
