Engineering Supervisor

Who are we looking for?
Are you an experienced manufacturing technologist? Are you interested in managing a smaller team of people? If so, we have an exciting opportunity just for you! 

What will you do with us?

• You will lead a team of production technologists in the implementation of new projects in manufacturing.
• You will be responsible for their technical realization and the definition of production process parameters.
• You will communicate with suppliers of technical solutions, delegate operational tasks in production.
• You will be responsible for creating P-FMEA for new processes and co-creating 8D reports. 

We would like to find a new colleague who:

• has three years of experience in the position of production technologist or similar - if it is from the automotive field, we will be thrilled.
• has some experience in leading a smaller team.
• has xcellent knowledge of technical documentation and knowledge of statistical methods for evaluating results. 
• has Knowledge of English - B1.
