- Collect data input from FMEA session team and implement it FMEA analysis to assure D-FMEA delivery in planned project timing
- Assurance of process compliance within the FMEA teams.
- Report escalations to the respective coordinator.
- Train and coach FMEA team members. Carry over changes & improvements to the standards.
- Rollout standards and inform team members and users about technical changes in FMEA creation.
- Evaluate technical risks and present them externally and internally. FMEA Method Expert in front of customers and support internal, external audits.
- Deep understanding and knowledge of FMEA methodology and processes (AIAG/VDA, DP.S2.12-001/002) and ability to share the content in FMEA sessions with peers.
- Independent preparation, update and publishing of Standard/Core/Application FMEAs in Windchill.
- Support in creation and definition of innovative new approaches to improve the FMEA creation process focusing on project needs.
- Analysis of customer requirements and develop with application teams their handling in ZF LIFETEC.
- Preparation of and participation in audits of own product line.
- Investigate in and support the consistent connection of Design- and Process-FMEA.
- Continuous exchange of information with FMEA moderators from other product lines.
