- Review updates from the DOF, SNICE, notifications, and other relevant publications.
- Review the activity matrix to identify any upcoming items on the calendar.
- Follow up on urgent pending matters that could impact shipments (files/records, permits, etc.).
- Continue working on overdue procedures (production processes, address registrations, contract reviews, facility/space-related matters).
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 Years in similar position
- Effective communication with customs brokers, government authorities, and internal stakeholders
- Troubleshooting
- Attention to Detail
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- English proficiency
