Sr Supply Chain Spec-Inventory

Your Tasks

• Calculate key inventory performance metrics such as turnover ratios, cost-benefit trade-offs, days of inventory on hand, labor productivity and inventory valuation.
• Monitor raw material shipments to ensure receipt of material.
• Ensure that raw material cuts are not generated.
• Have detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, master production scheduling, product definition, inventory control, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning, shop floor control, warehousing, transportation and purchasing business functions.
• Close open PO's in the system that are no required.

Your Profile

• Bachelor degree in Engineering (preferable) or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience within suppliers, including experience negotiating with and managing the supply base post-negotiations (Experience in Automotive industry desirable).
• Experience in cross-functional team environment
• Prior experience with sourcing processes/decision making.  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and SAP.
• High level of independent judgment & High Ethical Standards
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical and leadership skills.
• Bilingual English Spanish
