Your Tasks
- Review demands, forecast, and production requirements
- Ensure materials are available when needed
- Monitor Inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock
- Monitor raw material shipments to ensure receipt of material.
- Works with whatever allocation suppliers local, domestic, and overseas.
- Works with production, warehouse, engineering, purchasing, and sales.
- Create spots buys if is need it and delete if are not needed.
- Follow up with suppliers’ performance and resolve supply issues.
- Maintain appropriate inventory and aging and excess/ obsolete material.
- Expedite material.
- Follow up suppliers on time Delivery, material shortages, premium freight.
- Knowledge in engineering changes and new launches.
- Follow up deviations
- Basic knowledge of drawings.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within suppliers, including experience negotiating
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- High level of independent judgment & High Ethical Standards
- Prior experience with sourcing processes/decision making.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and analytical and leadership skills
- Bilingual English Spanish
