Your Tasks

• Elaborate ME documents when as be required (Mfg changes / Parameter sheets / validation sheets, etc).
• Implement cost reduction projects with automatization or consolidations.
• Coordinate activities with validation technical team
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Provide daily/weekly progress report of assignations
• Provide process improvement projects and/or initiatives to increase productivity over production lines.

Your Profile

• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience on Automation processes (Robots,AMRs, Cobots, AI’s etc.).
• Mechanical/Mechatronic/ Industrial / Metallurgy Engineering graduated
• CAD skills (any of: Mechanical Desktop/SolidWorks/AutoCAD/Inventor, etc)
• Mechanical/tooling design/assembly skills
• Drawings, tolerances, PFMEA knowledge.
• Knowledge or familiar with the application of automotive quality core tools including statistical process control, measurements system analysis, part approval, failure mode and effects analysis.
• Work under pressure and fast environment.
• Knowledge of analysis of movements, software or methods.
• Knowledge of develop CEA o Capital request justification.
• English
