Senior Maintenance Engineer

    Daily routine checking on production line and support equipment to ensure smooth operation.
    Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.
    Setup facility/production equipment maintenance program, assist machine relocation and installation.
    Provide repair and maintenance for all the equipment and facility related services, perform general periodic maintenance.
    Assist in paperwork on daily maintenance works.
    Determine requirements for process equipment, develop PM instructions and train PM technicians and operators.
    Identify spare part/tooling, create, and update spare part list.
    Monitor significant health, safety and environmental aspects of their work activities and the benefits of improved personal performance.
    Understand the effect on the health, safety, and environment of departing from specified operating procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
    Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.
    Other tasks assigned by leader.
