Senior AME Engineer,SBS

Your Task:
• Manufacturing planning activities within China to support internal and external customers, including but not limited to pre-planning conceptualization and capital investment analyses, specification development, equipment vendor selection, installation/commissioning of manufacturing equipment (e.g. first run-off), and production releases of equipment and manufacturing procedures.
• Work as interface to global SBS Assy manufacturing experts to develop SBS module manufacturing processes and implement in China plants
• Conduct and lead planning activities such as DFM, P-FMEA, Cycle time calculation etc. in project phase.
• Complete vendor assessments for selection initiatives through on-site visits and performance analyses.
Your Profile:
• Strong grasp of technical subjects, ideally with an Engineering background
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work within multi-functional, multi-cultural teams
• Ability to influence and engage at multiple levels within internal and external organizations
• Ability to work independently & results-oriented
• Knowledge of processes involved in PSS product manufacture and lean manufacturing principles
• Good knowledge of PSS Systems products
• Experience of working on international projects.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Superior ability to use modern business software associated with AME role
• Ability/willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.
