We are looking for a motivated RPA Developer Intern to join our global team and help drive process automation across HR and Finance functions. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on impactful projects that streamline operations and create intelligent automation solutions. The role is designed to transition into a full-time position for the right candidate.

Your Tasks
- Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath and other automation tools;
- Collaborate with global HR and Finance teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize processes;
- Build, test, and maintain automation workflows and bots to ensure efficiency and accuracy;
- Document processes, technical specifications, and best practices;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the automation roadmap.
Your Profile
- Student at Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
- Proficiency in English;
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python);
- Hands-on experience with UiPath or equivalent platforms such as Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Automate, or Blue Prism is required;
- Experience in RPA development, knowledge of SAP Intelligent RPA and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors can be an advantage;
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Familiarity with process analysis and optimization;
- Eager to work on global projects that have a real business impact;
- Curious, proactive and passionate about the automation and digital transformation.
