Your Tasks
- Efficiently supervise production lines or modules, ensuring quality, organization, and the achievement of targets.
- Lead and coordinate assigned personnel, fostering discipline and teamwork.
- Ensure smooth production flow and adherence to internal procedures.
- Record and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as rejection rates, downtime, and machine output.
- Collaborate with the Quality department to manage and resolve sewing-related issues.
Your Profile
- Educational background in Engineering (Industrial, Mechatronics, Textile, or related field).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in production supervision; sewing experience is a plus.
- Leadership, problem-solving, organization, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office).
- Additional knowledge: Problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
