Production Planning Specialist

Your Tasks

• Material Requirements Planning (MRP) of Components and Raw Materials
• Material follow-up and availablity of parts for producton
• Inventory and Freight Optimization & Control
• Forecast Integration
• Production Planning Alignment
• Supplier Collaboration ( incl. managing crisis situations and cost recovery, escalation )
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Comply with internal and external regulations, collective labor contract, and health and safety instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and order at the workplace according to 5S principles
• Perform any other tasks may occur but only related to the field of activity and in accordance with professional training
• Maintain confidentiality regarding all information about the employer/employees/collaborators
• Comply with and maintain IATF16949:2016, ISO9001:2015, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems related to the workplac

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in material planning, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP/SAP systems and inventory control processes.
• Ability to analyze demand, production requirements, and inventory trends to ensure material availability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for planning and reporting activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
