Answering questions about a company’s products or services.
Providing proactive, responding promptly to customer inquiries & ensure delivery on time.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Required Skills & Experience:
Collegue Degree
5 years of experience.
SAP/OR9 Knowledge.
Automotive Industry experience: Principal Ford, GM, Stellantis, Honda, TESLA, AUDI
Ford supplier portal, disputes process, routing instructions, add & cancel extra routes, Ford warning alerts, ascent Portal, delivery performance portal.
Bilingual - Oral & Written.
APICS Certificate is a plus.
Analytical; Team work
Assertive negotiation.
Effective communication.
