Your Task:
- Create basic design in line with internal and external requirements, specifications, guidelines and cost targets
- Develop new product per internal / external request
- Documentation of the design and all other relevant processes according to Engineering procedures / guidelines
- Develop component / sub-assy. with supplier and support Application Engineering for components / sub-assy relevant subjects
- Raise and follow ERDs for 3D/2D data correction
- Support plant production till gate A8 close
- Production support in case components / sub-assy related subjects
- Work out DVPR for component level and product level for local parts
- Release / Deviations on component and sub-assy level
- Coordinate the validation of components
Your Profile:
- Good English communication skills
- CAD knowledge (depending on OEM preference )
- Tooling knowledge (injection molding, stamping, die casting, cold forming, etc. preferred)
- Manufacturing knowledge (machining, product line, preferred)
- Material knowledge (plastic, steel, alloy, preferred)
- Sense on cost analyze (preferred)
