Product and Process Quality Engineer

**The ZF LIFETEC plant is located in Lourdes, Colon**

Your Tasks

• Lead of Customer Quality Customer to handle customer claims and perform Problem Solving Resolution Management Review according to ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards
• Drive compliance with quality management systems standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirements
• Lead problem solving resolution techniques and tools as 8D's, A3's, Is - Is not, 5W's - 2H's, Ishikawas, 5 Why's - 3 Legged, etc...is a must.
• Lead compliance with customer quality certifications (e.g.: GM BIQS, Ford MSA, VW Formel Q, BWM Requalification of product and processes, etc.)
• Black Belt certification is highly desirable (extra bonus).
• Lead External and Internal quality management system and process audit management (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, LPA, etc.) and customer specific requirements.
• Responsible of On time response to all customer claims by following Fast Response methodology (containment <24hr, root cause definition <5 days, action plan < 20 days, total 8D close within 30 days.)
• Create for each claim lessons learned and ensure read across along processes
• Responsible to update PFMEA and CP to close each 8D
• Responsible to conduct close off audits for each claim.

Your Profile

• Deep understanding of Operations and Quality
• Domain of Problem Solving Resolution Techniques and Tools as 8D's, A3's, Is - Is not, 5W's - 2H's, Ishikawas, 5 Why's - 3 Legged, etc....
• Six sigma approach and Black Belt certification
• Deep knowledge and understanding of quality management system standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, VDA, etc.) and customer specific requirement
• Robust global network with Divisional, Regional and Functional Heads
• Proven experience to successfully manage cross functional teams (direct and/or dotted reporting line teams)
• Advanced English
