Your Tasks:

• Responsible for the design of the fixture, according to the product drawings and related technical requirements, the use of professional knowledge for innovative design, to ensure the accuracy and practicability of the fixture, to meet the needs of production testing.
• Lead the management of the inspection fixture, establish a complete inspection fixture ledger, and regularly maintain, maintain and calibrate the fixture to ensure that the fixture is always in good working condition and prolong the service life.
• Strictly implement the inspection fixture approval process, conduct a comprehensive evaluation and verification of the newly designed or transformed fixture, and organize relevant departments to conduct reviews to ensure that the fixture meets the quality standards and production requirements.
• Work closely with the cross-departmental team, give full play to the ability to read drawings and GD&T interpretation, and collaboratively complete the development of production line testing equipment, from conceptual design to detailed design, and provide professional technical support throughout the process.
• Responsible for the acceptance of the production line testing equipment, and strictly test and evaluate the performance and accuracy of the equipment according to the acceptance standards to ensure the normal operation and delivery of the equipment.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical design, automation and other related majors, 5 years of experience in fixture design and management.
• Have excellent drawing reading ability, be able to accurately understand and analyze complex mechanical drawings, and be proficient in interpreting GD&T (geometric dimensions and tolerances) drawing requirements.
• Proficient in the principles and methods of fixture design, proficient in the use of relevant design software, such as CAD, UG, etc., and have successful fixture design cases.
• Familiar with fixture management system and process, with rich experience in fixture maintenance, calibration and troubleshooting.
• Master the three-coordinate measuring technology, be proficient in the operation of the three-coordinate measuring instrument, and use the measurement software for data analysis and processing.
