Process Quality Engineer

Your Task:

• Responsible for quality assurance of mass production and warranty performance, leading internal and external quality problem solving. 
  PPAP readiness and apporval for process changes after mass SOP. Support process audits, LPA, and continuous improvemenents of process quality. 
• Internal and external PPM; NCC% (internal scrap and rework) & accrual; NCT; Quality execution supervision: whether all departments in plant 
  (maintenance, production line employees, etc.) work in accordance with the process and requirements, and conduct process inspection, first off and last off 
  inspection; Quick response to quality issues and effective closure: Organize team to respond and solve internal and external quality issues
• Compliance audits during production process
• For running production lines, randomly performing LPA audits, quartely cover all production lines, to check compliance status for following items:
• First and last off inspection; MSA, Process Inspection (SPC); TPM; Error-proofing verification; People competence; process parameter setting; 

Your Profile:

• inspection and calibration; 4M change management; Documents consistency (e.g., control plan and working instructions); Consistency between 
  operation and documentation requirements; Nonconforming control management and execution; Escalation process for quality issues; Feedforward 
  and feedback on quality issues.
• Regularly perform CC/SC consistency, error-proof verification, and R-FMEA audit, covering all production lines every year. Formalize summary list 
  and PDCA tracking.
• Regular product quality compliance spot check: for daily production, first off and last off inspection; Process Inspection (SPC); DLN inspection (if 
  performed) formalized in summary list and PDCA tracking.
• Plant level product audit, process audit plan, PDCA (all production lines need to be covered once per year.)
• Frontlading in new project (A5 step in) to aware issues that occur in new projects and support AQ on problem solving
