Process Manufacturing Engineer/Expert

It is a temporary position to cover a leave absence

Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible to manage quotations of new products and engineering changes, equipment expenses. Maintain goals of profitability, effectiveness, adaptability, responsiveness, quality, and the continuous improvement of products throughout their life cycle.Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Chemical Engineer or any other career with strong analytical ability required.

Your Tasks

• Participate during the process of new projects, engineering changes or improvements needed.
• Responsible to update and maintain equipment KPI’s.
• Strong knowledge in line capacity analysis and communication with customer & sales department.
• Support other departments  developing a solid process and data to support process improvement through the organization.
• Keep projects on time and financially healthy, according to the milestones, with constant communication with corporate team.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Your Profile

• Understanding of broad range of industrial engineering tools (ie. Work measurement, simulation, process mapping, facilities and workstation design, operations research, etc.)
• Able to develop process improvements using design of experiments.
• Knowledge on plastics, extrusion and stamping process.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
• Proficient in  Microsoft Office.
• Self managed and Self motivated to achieve results.
