OPW ME Engineer

Your Tasks：

• 负责前期整个OPW纺织程序开发.
• Responsible for weaving pattern development of new OPW projects.
• 主导新产品测试, 并进行跨部门沟通反馈及改进
• Lead new project testing and cooperation with cross-function team for improvement.
• 全面参与解决新产品工艺和设备相关的问题.
• Fully involve in problem solving related to new product, process, and equipment issue.
• 全面支持新生产线进行工艺和产品问题分析.
• Support new line design review, and work with cross-function team from plant to improve line utilization.
• 确保所有实验室文件的及时编制, 例如PFMEA, PFC和其他相关文件.
• Ensure to prepare all new process documentation of OPW laboratory in time, example PFMEA, PFC and other line  documents.
• 培训质量人员根据要求进行产品实验测试.
• Train quality technician for OPW fabric testing.

Your Profile：

• 必须有8年以上OPW安全气囊纺织工艺经验.
• Above 8 years hands on experience of OPW weaving process is a must.
• 对所负责区域的产品和工艺有专业水平的知识.
• Have the professional level of knowledge about product and process in responsible area.
• 有专业的工程知识水平, 特别是在纺织面料.
• Have the professional engineering level of knowledge especially in weaving.
• 较强的解决问题和决策能力.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• 良好的理解和执行质量体系, 包括环境标准.
• Good understanding and implementation of Quality Systems, including Environmental standards.
• 良好的中英文沟通能力.
• Good communication in both Chinese and English.
• 熟练使用计算机, 特别是MS Office办公软件和AUTOCAD.
• Have good computer skills especially MS Office package, and AUTOCAD as well.
