Job description:
- Communication interface between customer and sales team
- Lead of prototype management: proactive tracking of customer orders from the receipt of Purchase Order until invoicing
- Data input and maintenance of data in SAP
- Support of the sales team with organizational and administrative tasks
- Preparation of internal and external meetings, creation of presentations and reports
Requirements:
- MS Office / IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficient English skills in speaking and writing
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented way of working
- German language proficiency will be a plus
- SAP experience is nice to have
