Responsibilities:

▪ Coordination of the takeover of spare parts projects after the completion of series production (EOP);

▪ Representing the Aftermarket team in the launch phase of new projects in the factory, ensuring compliance with the pre-established strategy;

▪ Optimization of the manufacturing process by integrating projects on the universal flywheel assembly station;

▪ Customer relationship management and ZF core functions for technical and engineering aspects;

▪ Configure and update settings in SAP for the AFM portfolio;

▪ Data analysis and recommendation of improvements for process and cost optimization;

▪ Leading the Change Management and Tool Management process for the AFM portfolio;

▪ Organization of periodic meetings to analyze and improve the profitability of projects.

Your Profile:

▪ Technical University degree;

▪ 3+ years of experience in a similar role;

▪ Excellent leadership, communication and teamwork skills;

▪ Ability to analyze, solve problems and think strategically;

▪ Advanced knowledge of English (a second foreign language is an advantage);

▪ Experience with MS Projects, SAP, Visio and MS Office (APIS and CAD – advantage).
