Your Task:
- Overall operational management of the launch in the late stage (Plant & Production Readiness)
- Request resources & establish plant launch team
- Update OLM project plan including Check Points
- Control & manage the launch team via OLM Process (cockpit, checklists and templates) within the plant
- Communicate changes of targets & premises to the plant launch team
- Regular reporting (including risk management) to GDPEP and plant organization
- Overall responsibility for Production Readiness (PR Phase)
- Compliance with project target.
Your Profile:
- Academic degree in technical field or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment
- Good understanding of relevant products & manufacturing processes
- Advanced skill set to analyze and solve problems, to present topics, run projects and build teams
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Coaching skills
