Junior Master Data (MD) Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Master Data Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in data management, shared services, or business operations.
As a Master Data Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, updating, and ensuring the accuracy of key business data within our systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain master data in internal systems (e.g. customers, vendors, GL accounts)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness
• Perform data validation and quality checks
• Handle incoming requests related to master data changes
• Collaborate with other departments (Finance, Procurement, Logistics)
• Follow established processes and documentation
• Support continuous improvement of data management processes

Requirements

• Very good command of English (minimum B2)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel (filters, basic formulas)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and develop in data management / SSC environment
• Nice to Have
  • Additional European language (e.g. German, French, Italian, Spanish)
  • First experience in office work, internships, or shared services (not required)
  • Basic understanding of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) - optional
  • Interest in data, processes, or administration
