IT Production & Quality Project Manager

​​Key Responsibilities:​​

• Assist in the coordination and delivery of IT Production & Quality (P&Q) projects, including MES and SCADA implementations, ensuring alignment with IT standards and business requirements.
• Support the analysis of cloud services and digitization projects, with attention to emerging technology trends and their potential impact.
• Help implement global IT strategies and contribute to project roadmaps that enable business change, such as new production facilities and operational realignments.
• Communicate with operational stakeholders (e.g., Production, Logistics, Demand Planning) to track project readiness and deliverables.
• Help establish efficient processes for IT service delivery, utilizing global shared services and partnerships in collaboration with BU/IT project managers.
• Participate in post-project analysis and provide support in identifying areas for continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing training and communications to enhance user experience and operational excellence.

Qualifications:​​

• 2+ years of experience in project support or coordination; exposure to project management is a plus.
• Basic understanding of virtual/global team collaboration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with skills in critical thinking and research.
• Introductory knowledge of manufacturing IT operations; familiarity with SCADA/MES systems is preferred.
• foundational project management knowledge and willingness to develop negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Travelling needed
