Tasks
- Serve as the primary functional and technical expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Employee Central Time Management.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Employee Central and EC Time solutions to support global HR operations.
- Manage business rules, workflows, role-based permissions, time profiles, work schedules, holiday calendars, accruals, and time accounts.
- Design, configure, and maintain time valuation rules for overtime, premiums, allowances, breaks, and payroll-relevant time calculations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and efficient system solutions.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to support business processes and system enhancements.
- Ensure accurate payroll-related data processing through effective integration between SuccessFactors and payroll systems.
- Support and troubleshoot integrations, APIs, interfaces, data migration activities, and data quality initiatives.
- Participate in system implementations, enhancements, upgrades, release management, and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead and support testing activities, including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Coordinate issue resolution, cutover activities, go-live support, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, configuration records, testing results, and process documentation.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central and/or Employee Central Time Management.
- Strong configuration experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Management (Time Off, Time Tracking, Time Sheet, and Time Valuation).
- Experience supporting payroll-related processes and integrations between HRIS and payroll systems.
- Knowledge of system integrations, APIs, interfaces, data migration, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience executing and supporting functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience working cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, and external implementation partners.
- Strong understanding of HR and workforce management processes, including time management and payroll impacts.
