Head of Plant Quality

Your Task:

 ● Lead and manage quality team to meet requirements of ZF BPM (Business Policy Manual) and TS16949 including internal and external audit etc, assess effectiveness and appropriateness of plant-wide quality systems for ongoing improvements. 领导和管理质量团队, 以满足ZF BPM（业务政策手册）和IATF16949的要求, 包括内部和外部审计等, 评估工厂范围内质量体系的有效性和适宜性以持续改进。
 ● Develop, implement and manage quality KPI under control including customer/process/ supply PPM, customer complaints, conduct yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with process, testing, production and other departments to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively; 制定、实施和管理受控的质量KPI，包括客户/过程/供应PPM、客户投诉，进行年度/季度/月度/每周审查，制定纠正和预防措施，与过程、测试、生产和其他部门合作，推动快速有效地执行改进措施；
 ● Control supply quality, work with AP/Global team, conduct on-site audit for continuous improvement or prevention; 控制供应质量，与亚太/全球团队合作，进行现场审核以持续改进或预防；
 ● Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, etc. 通过各种渠道向高级管理层和外部方报告质量绩效，包括制造和质量报告、运营审查等。
 ● Member of Plant Staff Management in charged to develop quality improvement strategies, build a learning Organization. Manage and develop Quality people from inspectors, technicians, engineers to supervisors. 负责制定质量改进策略促进工厂员工管理，建立学习型组织。管理和培养从检验员、技术员、工程师到主管的质量人员。
 ● Coordinate and promote plant level continuous improvement activities with hard saving including in-direct spending cost reduction, 6 sigma projects, scrap cost reduction. 协调和促进工厂层面的持续改进活动，努力节约，包括减少直接支出成本，6西格玛项目，减少废品成本。
 ● Responsible of APQP/Project planning compliance according organization and customer requirements, successful completion of PPAP process to obtain customer approval. 根据组织及客户要求，负责APQP/项目规划合规，顺利完成PPAP流程，获得客户认可。
 ● Product Safety Representative (PSR), drive successful safe launch. 作为PSR推动产品安全启动。
 ● Monitor implementation of control plan, PFMEA and process flow requirements. 监控控制计划、PFMEA和工艺流程要求的实施情况。
 ● Drive quality assurance on production processes through quality controls and ensuring meeting of internal and external quality requirements of products and processes. 通过质量控制，确保满足产品和过程的内外部质量要求，推动生产过程的质量保证
 ● Responsible of performance and compliance of in-process inspection audits (process audits, LPAs, error proofing verifications, equipment parameters verifications, etc.) 负责过程检验审核（过程审核、LPA、防错验证、设备参数验证等）的绩效和合规性验证。
 ● Responsible of laboratory/testing scope and compliance with calibration processes according QMS standards, customer, legal and government requirements. 根据QMS标准、客户、法律和政府要求，负责实验室/测试范围和校准过程的合规性。
 ● Performance of calibration/verification of testing and process equipment, ensuring traceability. Ensure traceability of product testing. 对测试和工艺设备进行校准/验证，确保可追溯性。确保产品测试的可追溯性。
 ● Responsible of document control of QMS document/processes. 负责QMS文件/流程的文件控制。
 ● Drive resolution and prevention of customer quality concerns achieved QRCM. 推动解决和预防客户质量问题，实现QRCM。
 ● Follow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time. 遵守公司HSE政策，及时报告HSE事件。
 ● Responsible to escalate quality concerns to upper management. 负责质量问题的升级上报。

Your Profile:

 ● 8-10 years manufacturing experience.8-10年制造业经验。
 ● Experience with Automotive quality-related activities such as five tools of quality control，Seven Technique of Quality Management, and problem solving.具有质量五大工具、七大手法和问题解决等汽车质量相关活动的经验。
 ● BS Engineering degree or above.本科及以上学历。
 ● Bilingual in Chinese and English, strong at communication with different people under different business situation.中英文双语，擅长在不同的商务环境下与不同的人沟通。
 ● Experienced in Office and Mini-tab software。熟练使用office办公软件及Mini-tab数据分析软件。
 ● VDA 6.3 Certificate is preferred. VDA 6.3证书。
 ● IATF 16949 Internal auditor/ IATF 16949.内审证书。
 ● Six-sigma Green belt.六西格玛绿带证书。
