Come and join to the Passive Safety Systems Division, this position will be located at El Salvador which is a new plant for the Division.

Responsibilities

• Procure  and Manage  the necessary  material and Human  resources to  Perform  all the Activities related to internal and External Logistic
• Keep the adequate  Process Controls to guarantee the Process Stability and Continuous Improvement 
• Monitor Compliance with  Applicable Norms and Procedures, including Legal , Health ,  Safety and Environmental 
• Monitor Key  Process Indicators  (KPI) and  implement applicable actions to  comply with internal and external Targets 
• Elaborate  Procedures,  Strategies Plans  and Forecasts as required  By the Business Unit 
• Periodic Presentations of Status , results ,  escalations   and action plans  to  Upper management  
• Promote  development programs for  Employees as well as perform periodic Performance Evaluations  
• Promote Team work and   Continuous Improvement  of process, performance  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years  experience as Logistics Manager 
• Fluent English
• Bachelor  degree 
• Proficient in SAP  Usage as  well as Microsoft Office  
• Advanced Level in Excel 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills , analytical and problem solving skills, team player, good interpersonal, negotiation skills, strong quantitative and critical thinking skills.
