Right now, we are looking for a new colleague to join SBS Global operations team. You will be based in Stará Boleslav, Czech Republic with opportunities to travel.
We are looking for someone to lead testing activities of global multiple location.
Responsibilities for job
- Manage End-of-Line (EOL) testing of ACR systems
- Play a key role in developing new ACR EOL tester hardware/software
- Develop and program test procedures, troubleshoot machines, and drive process improvements with equipment suppliers
- Implement new projects and test setups in cooperation with RD and prototype teams
- Lead change management for test procedures and daily testing activities
- Analyze production issues, scrap, and ECU failures
- Support traceability system upgrades and cybersecurity (CyS) implementation
- Maintain EOL tester documentation (PFMEA, TPM)
Personal qualifications
- Technical education (university or 2+ years of hands-on technical experience)
- English B1+, additional languages
- Experience in automotive electronics testing is preferred
- Familiarity with scripting/programming and IT infrastructure
- Diagnostic and CAN bus experience are strong advantages
- Knowledge of technical drawing
- MS Office, One Drive, Windows
