Your Task:

• According to the management requirements of both shareholders, establish and improve the company's financial management system, grasp the company's overall financial situation through financial control, accounting and information systems, improve the company's financial management level, improve the company's work efficiency, provide financial support for the company's business decisions, and be responsible for team building and management;
• In accordance with the principle of "management of business must manage safety, management of production must manage safety", be fully responsible for the safety production work within the business scope of the department;
• Strictly implement the requirements of national and local government departments related to EHS laws, regulations, policies and standards, and timely implement various EHS rules and regulations and work resolutions of the group and the company;
• Strictly implement the management system for the withdrawal and use of safety production expenses to ensure the investment of safety production funds.

Your Profile: 

• Establish the company's financial management framework, organize the formulation of the company's finance and accounting related management systems;
• Organize the preparation of financial forecasts and final accounts, and establish a budget index control and analysis system;
• Organize the construction of the company's information system, ensure information security, organize the use of internal and external information resources, and continuously improve work efficiency;
• Responsible for organizing internal and external audits required for annual audits and other economic activities;
• Responsible for the daily management of the finance department.
