Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with transportation broker, Customs broker, and any government authorities for both   incoming and outgoing the goods include machine.
2. Prepare necessary documents for BOI processing both inbound and out bounds.
3. Coordinate with BOI officer for various BOI issues including customs clearing
4. Provide support and necessary information to all related function for solving that concern with clearing     
5. Coordinate with customers regarding BOI procedures
6. To inform BOI Regulation and BOI Process to related Department for importation of machinery and material under BOI privilege and related regulation
7.  Import Machine and export Machine for repair
8. Approval to release tax exemption for machinery and spare parts
9. Approval to release the material / for tax exemption / refund of duties for the import of raw materials
10.  Approval to return material export to foreign / returned adjustment transection in the BOI systems
11. Approval cutting stock raw material and control max stock
12. Follow up and track customer pending report, report-V & Export declaration reinstatement
13. Process the refund of payment of import duty.
14. Work closely with controlling and accounting departments for duty refund.
15. Process the missing part for BOI approval.
16. Prepare document and coordinate for the new project apply to BOI.
17. Submit all application of the BOI privileges, follow up and get the BOI approval
18. Coordinating with BOI for BOI activities and consultation for solving that concern                                    with BOI system and BOI process
19. Report the project progress for BOI (every 6 month)
20. Management scrap and disposal machine, equipment and raw material under BOI
21. Receive report scarps form SCM and apply scrap to sales cosmetic with adjust maximum stock of scrap.
22. Check and confirm draft import, export entry and amend the declaration.
23. Coordinating with customs broker to confirm tariff code and import duty rate, update regulation, consultation for solving that concern with clearing
24. Process export to free zone and oversea.
25. Recheck and confirm forwarder’s billings invoices according to agreed rates before transfer document to finance.
26. Summary the report on import and export every month.
27. Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
